Welcome to the new and improved way to pay your Amplia bill online. For the purpose of keeping your personal information safe & secure, Amplia has updated its payment portal.

 

You can make a secure one-time payment using your MasterCard or Visa credit card.

To complete this form, you would need:

  • Customer account number (on the top right of your bill).

 

Please follow the steps below to make a payment:

  1. Enter the amount in the “Amount in TTD” field. The minimum amount you can enter is $10 TTD.
  2. Click on the “Confirm payment to continue” button.
  3. Fill out the Billing Details information.
  4. Enter your credit card information.
  5. Click on the “Make payment” button so that the payment can be processed.

 

If you would like to change the payment amount, above the credit card information you will see the “Pay Your Bill” product with a red bin icon. If the icon is pressed the payment is removed and steps 1-5 will need to be re-done in that order.

Note: To avoid late payment fees, pay your bill at least three business days before the payment date that appears on page 1 of your statement. Make your payment early so it can be processed by Amplia Communications’ office before the payment date. If you have a Balance Forward from the previous month, you should pay that amount immediately.

 

If you are not able to pay the full Past Due amount in the available payment arrangement options and need to negotiate a payment for less than the full amount, please contact Amplia.
