In alignment with the holiday season and our ongoing commitment to community engagement, Amplia conducted two impactful community outreach initiatives in Tobago. These activities were designed to bring support and joy to both senior citizens and children, reinforcing our dedication to making a positive difference in the communities we serve.
On December 19th, 2024, Amplia visited two elderly homes in Tobago: Heavenly Care Nursing Home in Rockly Vale and the St. Vincent De Paul Home for the Aged in Mason Hall. To cater to the specific needs of the homes, Amplia donated hampers filled with personal care items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. The initiative also featured live entertainment, with a parang duo performing traditional festive music, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for the residents. Both residents and caretakers expressed their gratitude for the donations and the visit.
On December 20th, 2024, Amplia took to the streets with our Children’s Christmas Caravan, reaching young residents across Sou Sou Lands, Mt. Pleasant, Carnbee, Lowlands, and Lambeau. The caravan, hosted by popular community personality Harvest Gawd, distributed 250 treat bags filled with toys and goodies. The event created a memorable experience for families, and the initiative was well-received by both children and parents.
These initiatives exemplify Amplia’s commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals across Trinidad and Tobago through meaningful community engagement. We remain dedicated to creating impactful initiatives that support and uplift communities.
We look forward to building on these efforts in the coming year and beyond.
