• Subscribe to the HBO Add-On, or
• Have HBO included as part of their TV package.

If you have HBO through Amplia, you are entitled to HBO Max access.

Before starting the activation process, you must have:

✅ An active HBO subscription through Amplia

✅ An active Amplia 4U account

Your Amplia 4U credentials are required to verify your HBO subscription and complete the activation process. If you do not already have an Amplia 4U account, you can create one through:

• The Amplia 4U mobile app
• The Amplia 4U online portal

You’d first need an Amplia 4U account. Click here to visit the Amplia 4U page on our website, where you can download the app and create your account.

Once your account has been created:

1. Visit https://hbo.amplia.co.tt/v2/login
2. Sign in using your Amplia 4U credentials
3. Follow the prompts to complete the activation process
4. Sign in or link your HBO Max account when prompted

Once completed, you can begin streaming on the HBO Max app.

There are two different sets of credentials:

• Amplia 4U Credentials
  • These are used to verify your Amplia HBO subscription.
• HBO Max Credentials
  • These are the email address and password used to access the HBO Max app.

After activation is complete, you will use your HBO Max credentials to sign in and stream content.

No. Your Amplia 4U credentials are only used during the authentication and activation process.

Once your account has been activated, you will sign in to the HBO Max app using your HBO Max email address and password.

No. If you already have an HBO Max account, you should continue using your existing HBO Max credentials.

During activation, you will have the opportunity to link your existing HBO Max account to your Amplia subscription.

Yes. If you currently have a direct HBO Max subscription and now subscribe to HBO through Amplia, you can switch your subscription authorization to Amplia.

2. Ensure you have an Amplia 4U account

4. Sign in using your Amplia 4U credentials
5. Link your existing HBO Max account

You can continue using your existing HBO Max login credentials.

Yes. Customers who previously received HBO Max access through another service provider can activate HBO Max through Amplia by:

1. Subscribing to HBO through Amplia
2. Creating or accessing their Amplia 4U account
3. Visiting https://hbo.amplia.co.tt/v2/login
4. Signing in with their Amplia 4U credentials
5. Linking their existing HBO Max account

No. Customers who already have an HBO Max account can continue using their existing account. This means you can typically keep:

• Existing profiles
• Watchlists
• Viewing history
• Continue Watching content
• Personal preferences
• HBO Max login credentials

You are simply changing the provider that authorizes your HBO Max access.

No. Activation and account linking are only required once.

After setup is complete, simply sign in to the HBO Max app using your HBO Max credentials.

Amplia customers should no longer use the TV Provider search option on the HBO Max website. Instead, customers should begin the authentication process through:

This is the official activation path for Amplia HBO customers.

No. If your HBO Max account is already working, you can continue using it as normal.

You only need to complete the activation process if requested or if you are linking your HBO Max account to a new Amplia HBO subscription.

HBO Max passwords are managed directly through HBO Max. If you have forgotten your HBO Max password, use the password reset option within the HBO Max app or website.

You can reset your password through the Amplia 4U app or portal before beginning the HBO Max activation process. Remember, your Amplia 4U credentials are required to verify your HBO subscription.

Yes. You can enjoy HBO Max on supported devices including:

No. Your HBO channels through Amplia remain unchanged.

This update only affects the way customers authenticate and activate access to the HBO Max streaming app.
