You can make a secure one-time payment using your MasterCard or Visa credit card.

To complete this form, you would need:

  • Customer account number (on the top right of your bill).
  • Valid amount to pay.


Note: To avoid late payment fees, pay your bill at least three business days before the payment date that appears on page 1 of your statement. Make your payment early so it can be processed by Massy Communications' office before the payment date. If you have a Balance Forward from the previous month, you should pay that amount immediately.

If you are not able to pay the full Past Due amount in the available payment arrangement options and need to negotiate a payment for less than the full amount, please contact Amplia.
